HOW I BOOK

You can make a pre-reservation directly in our calendar by choosing the room you want in the section of OUR ROOMS. You will then need to contact 640.23.52.41 and we will confirm all the details. The reservation does not take effect until it is contacted by phone, and the pre-booking is lost if it is not made within 24 hours.

THE DAY OF THE PARTY

ON ARRIVING

On the day of the party a person will open the room for you and perform the necessary checks to make the event perfect:

CHECKS

Proper operation of the laptop and projector (internet connection)
Checking our sound equipment (it is forbidden to bring external equipment).
Operation of children’s space.
Basic rules (garbage collection by the client, forbidden to use confetti and forbidden to hook decorative elements except in enabled elements, prohibited to bring external sound equipment).
In the events there must always be a person in charge over 30 years old.

AT THE END OF THE PARTY

When there are 10 minutes left to finish the party our staff will be on site. Remember that it is important that you leave the space at the stipulated time.
